Monthly e-Mail Marketing Services

• e-Mail content services
  • Copy writing
  • e-Mail layout with customer graphics (additional charges for graphics not owned by customer)
  • Link coding
• ESP management
  • Send test e-mail for client approval before each monthly send
  • Send approved e-mails to customer’s subscription list (ESP send fees are included in the monthly subscription fee)
  • Provide ESP e-mail tracking view to customers for monitoring open-rate, click-through rate, etc.

Setup Charges

• Setup fees are a one-time charge set at $250.
• Customers who refer a neighboring business who also signs up by September 15, and the referred Customer, each pay $200.
• Relevant Space LLC issues the setup charges invoice by September 25, 2008.
• Setup fees are due upon receipt of invoice.

Monthly Charges

• Monthly e-mail marketing services are billed on a subscription basis at $200 per month.
• Send 2 December e-mails for only $100 more.
• Monthly charges continue on a monthly subscription basis until customer cancels service.
• Relevant Space LLC issues invoices by the 25th of each month for the following month's service and payment
  is due even if the customer — through no fault of Relevant Space LLC — sends no e-mail during the
  month for which it is issued.
• Monthly charges are due upon receipt of invoice.

Cancelling Services

• Customers must cancel service in writing or by e-mail by the 25th of the month prior to the month in which service is to be cancelled.
• List, template, and sign-up form code remain property of customer.
